When selecting stain colours, please be aware that stains can drastically change in appearance due to numerous factors.

The stains we use are transparent—every piece of wood is a slightly different colour, and that will show through with our stains.

Exterior stains as it will change significantly even over one season due to sun-fading, wear, etc.

Consider these factors that affect the stain colour:

• wood species

• sunlight

• freshly applied vs faded / old stain

• computer screen vs your wood project

• matching to the colour of your house, environment, etc
